sir, iam working as esm 3 in southern railway.i enter the railway as helper in signal by compassionate ground .i joined in railways in 30/10/2008.after 9 months sr dpo contacted an examination for group c tech grade ,in that i passed and i request same signal diparment,but my edu qualification is 10 +2 in science physics maths with 60% and diploma in computer networking and hardware .now iam eligible for tech 2 in signal.is it posibil for an promotion to tech 2 in signal dipartment
